Installing Your License Key

To install your new serial number, you'll need to enter three pieces of information from the serial number email that you received:

  • the name the serial number is registered to,
  • the email address it is registered to, and
  • the serial number itself.
The PIN number is not used in this process. It is only required for technical support.

After you start up MegaPhone, click on the "Install License Key" button and the "Install License Key" window will appear.

In the first box in this window enter the name that you specified when you purchased the key. You must enter the name exactly as you entered it and as it appears in the email that was sent to you with your serial number. Capitalization, spaces, and punctuation must match.

In the second box enter the email address the serial number was sent to. Once again it must be entered exactly as it appeared in the serial number email with capitalization and punctuation matching precisely.

In the third box enter the serial number as it appears in the email you received. All letters are capitalized, all '0's are zero digits, all '1's are the digit 1, and all hypens should be entered as they appear.

We suggest using the copy and paste functions to avoid any errors.

When all three pieces of information are entered, click on the "Install License Key" button and the process is complete.
